FIG is pleased to announce the second Living Foods Workshop, this time being held on a weekend, and run by Lani, one of FIG's founding members.
"Living food is an easy, inexpensive way to maintain health, vitality, and mental alertness. If you would like to learn how and why to include some basic living food preparations into your/family's/friend's diet....come on over. We'll just start with the basics....so all you raw fooders out there who'd like to come along and share your knowledge, please feel free to come along as well.
